The initial phase featured level 14 which included an office fitout. With a strong concept of a ‘hotel lobby’ which was translated through in the finishes, ceiling treatment and concealed lighting creating mood and atmosphere throughout each space. This concept was continued throughout the next couple of phases.
The second phase being the largest and was constructed within occupied space included levels 11 and 12. Level 11 being the main client space where the concept was truly developed. Through the use of natural materials such as timber plank walls, stone flooring, glass operable walls, marble operable glass walls to maximise the flexibility of space and custom designed furniture. Incorporating a multi-functional entertainment area for clients and staff, with a central hub and large discretely separated flexible working space beyond.
The strong concept was carried though level 12 with a main central breakout space for all staff from all other levels to enjoy.
The final phase consisted of level 13, this level being a staff area continuing the concept featuring a training room, large office space area which was open plan and enclosed offices with discrete storage areas.
